Meet Jennifer

Jennifer graduated from Boise State University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a minor in Business. In April 2022, she embarked on an exciting new career path, transitioning into the dynamic field of Human Resources. She joined IdeaRoom, a Boise-founded tech company evolving out of the start-up phase, where she is the head of Human Resources. Jennifer is simultaneously earning a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.

Jennifer and her husband, Brandon, welcomed their first baby in December 2022. She has since been navigating her journey as a new mom while embracing the responsibilities of her hybrid tech role and her career advancement studies. Jennifer hopes to be a testament and provide insight to other women in tech who choose not to sacrifice their career to start a family. She believes that the key to success lies in our ability to adapt and in our determination to embrace change.The roles of 'mom' and 'professional' aren't mutually exclusive. They can coexist, and they can even fuel each other.
