About the event
Treasure Valley Women in Tech is hosting Leadership Up Close at Boise Entrepreneur Week 2026.
We are excited to bring together three women who arrived at leadership by completely different routes. One built a company from a technical foundation. One came to tech from modeling and film production and now runs a supercomputing company. One spent two decades inside Fortune 500 organizations before going independent. What they have in common is that none of them followed a template.
Treasure Valley Women in Tech Board member, Mayra Mejia, is going to moderate a conversation about the decisions that actually mattered: the pivot that looked reckless from the outside, the room where credibility had to be earned from zero, the tradeoff nobody warns you about until you're the one making it.
