TREASURE VALLEY WOMEN IN TECH

Meet Mayra
Mayra Mejia has spent 15 years proving that you don't have to be the technologist in the room to understand how technology changes the game. As a senior operating leader across private equity, health services, and insurance environments, she has built the governance frameworks, cross-functional alignment, and execution infrastructure that allow organizations to leverage technology as a true competitive advantage.
As an Allstate small business owner, she made an early bet on SaaS-based communications tools and a remote-ready operating model — a decision that paid off when COVID-19 hit and her company transitioned to fully remote operations a week before the national announcement, while competitors relying on legacy infrastructure faced near-shutdowns. Her conviction has held ever since: operational readiness and technology adoption are not separate disciplines. They are the same discipline.
Today, Mayra is the Founder and Principal of Clearpath Execution, a fractional operating advisory practice for founder-led and PE-backed companies navigating growth or transformation. Previously, as Director of Operations at Teleo Capital and CAO at Wellcove, she led the administrative transformation that created the organizational space and speed for a full SaaS platform build — replacing legacy systems and enabling faster market entry, a shortened sales cycle, and streamlined onboarding for Fortune 500 clients.
Mayra is proud to call the Treasure Valley home. She joined the TV WiTech board because she believes that when women who understand both operations and technology come together, the impact extends far beyond any single company or career — and she is committed to being part of a community that actively grows women's presence and leadership in tech.
