Treasure Valley Women in Tech
is focused on the professional and personal development of women in southwest Idaho. Our members are role models in the community who are committed to equipping women to lead fulfilling, productive careers in heterogeneous, technology focused fields.
We accomplish this through long-lasting mentorship relationships, research-based outreach programs and advocacy, and by fostering an environment that develops the next generation of diverse innovators and changemakers.

Our Junior members are: senior students enrolled in local universities, have graduated within five years and are looking to pursue careers in technology focused companies, or are currently employed and desiring to grow their leadership skills.

Our Core members are full time employees of technology focused companies. Our core members are fully remote, hybrid, or onsite employees and are: chief marketing officers, lawyers, engineers, product managers, HR gurus, and sales directors.

Our Mentor members have significant career experience, or have retired from a successful career. They are active in their communities and pour into the next generation, our Junior members, by offering career and leadership guidance.
